At Good as Gold Store, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your new fashion find isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they arrive safely.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
